Sven Kunsing
Chairman of the Supervisory Board
A financial markets expert with long-term experience, Sven Kunsing has worked in various companies and roles in the financial sector during his career of more than 30 years, from equity broker and analyst to managing the largest asset management company in the Baltics and its investment teams and being responsible for assets under management of more than €3.5bn. Sven has a bachelor's degree in Economic Cybernetics (University of Tartu, 1995) and a master's degree in Information Technology (University of Tartu, 2018). Sven has been a CFA Charterholder (CFA Institute, 2011) for nearly 15 years.
Ants Kaljund
Member of the Supervisory Board
Ants Kaljund has expertise in forestry management spanning over 40 years. Up until 2002 Ants was a shareholder of AS Sylvester, the leading Estonian forestry company at that time. Currently, he is the sole owner and CEO of AS Pärnu Mets, offering logging and related services in Estonia. Ants holds a degree in Forest Management from the Estonian University of Life Sciences.
Tõnu Pullerits

Tõnu Pullerits is an experienced real estate expert with extensive experience in numerous property development and investment projects since 1994. Tõnu holds a degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Tallinn University of Technology.

Sander Pullerits
Member of the Management Board, Fund Manager
Sander Pullerits is a financial sector professional with strong experience in investment management. Up until 2013, Pullerits worked as Fund Manager at AS SEB Varahaldus, managing the SEB Eastern Europe Small Cap Fund. Sander Pullerits holds an MA in Economics from the University of Tartu.
Indrek Minka
Member of the Management Board, Head of Risk and Compliance
Indrek Minka is an experienced corporate lawyer who, until 2013, worked as a Senior Associate at attorneys-at-law Borenius, currently COBALT, a top-tier Finno-Baltic law firm, advising large-scale corporate mergers and acquisitions, loan syndications, bond issuances, and on everyday corporate matters. Indrek Minka holds an MA in Law from the University of Tartu.
