Birdeye Timber Fund is a non-public closed-ended investment fund investing in forestland located in Estonia and is regulated by the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority.

Forestland investments are real-asset based, offer substantial inflation hedge and are less volatile in value comparing to more traditional asset classes such as equities or bonds. The return on forestland investments is a function of incremental biological timber growth, price appreciation of both timber material and land and value creation through professional and sustainable management of the portfolio.
